Women's Alliance Programs 2007 - 2008
Women's Alliance daytime programs are open to both women and men. Meetings are held in the Dining Rooms of the First Unitarian Society of Schenectady, 1221 Wendell Avenue, unless indicated otherwise.
September 6: “'Yellow Star' Story of a Holocaust survivor"

October 4: "Talk and tour by staff of newly renovated Proctor’s Theater"
Picnic Lunch will be in the theater at noon. Carpooling from church.
November 1: "A Virtual African Safari"
Slides and talk by Marv and Vera Weiss and Nancy Migneault, who recently returned from Africa
December 6: "Therapeutic Massage Discussion and Demonstration"

January 3: "Successes and Failures in the Kitchen"
Come prepared to share a story of your favorite recipe or tell a horror story of what went wrong. Optional: bring a sample.
February 7: "The Amusement Park at Rexford"

Join us for lunch at noon, followed by a brief Alliance meeting, and the program. Lunch costs $7; reservations are required and must be honored. The free program starts at 1:15 and isopen to all FUSS members and friends, male or female; guests are welcome. Call Jane Farrar to make reservations for lunch!
